Powering the auto supply chain with renewable electricity
Powering the auto supply chain with renewable electricity
Participation in Transform: Auto is voluntary and free to Tier 1 suppliers of Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Honda, Magna, and Toyota Motor North America, as well as member companies of the Suppliers Partnership for the Environment. The program focuses on locations in North America.
"The Transform: Auto program has the potential to have meaningful impact in helping to reduce real-world CO2 emissions across the automotive supply chain, including our own supply chain at Toyota. When used together with a standardized approach to collect Scope 3 emissions data it should also provide greater transparency in what the actual situation is so we can determine the right solutions to address them.”
Kevin Butt, Regional Environmental Sustainability Director, Toyota Motor North America
